A study even showed that people who sleep less than 8 hours a night end up consuming 500 calories more per day on average (gotta have something to eat while watching Netflix at midnight)<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t78\/2\/16\/32_20e3.png\" alt=\"2\ufe0f\u20e3\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will have more of what you don\u2019t want and less of what you want. So, even if you lose weight, you lose a significant amount from muscle tissue, and not so much from fat.
