Having helped 100s of busy men and women by now, I have often wondered, why do so many of the people that come to me have a lot of experience with personal trainers and other programs? Why are they still not in shape if they have had personal trainers, often for longer periods of time?

And as much as I think personal training is a better solution than most of the cookie cutter workout plans and YouTube template workout plans, they do still indeed fall to the same category. PT sessions are a surface level solution. They solve surface level problems, and therefore they only give you surface level results.

What I mean by this is that you cannot solve your weight management problem by seeing someone once or twice a week and just exercising hard.

Think about the deeper, root problems you face — binge eating, stress, time management, poor sleep quality, lacking important nutrients in your diet, beliefs, habits.

You will not reach a permanent transformation by just having someone push you harder at the gym and counting your reps.

You end up in the yo-yo cycle once again. Years go by, which you can never get back. And eventually you might quit altogether.

Why are we different then?

We go 10 times deeper to change YOU, not just your workouts. We don’t see you once a week and hope you stay on track. We contact you daily. When others go surface level, we go deeper, work 1-1, and build a relationship. This is why the majority of our clients resign with us and continue working with us for the long-term.
